This fix and flip was a quick turn around and the contract dates were just under 60 days apart. The borrower created some curb appeal with some fresh landscaping, paint, and entryway. The interior paint and flooring were a much-needed turnaround as well. The biggest selling points were probably the updates to the kitchen and bathrooms.
