This home in Ogden Utah underwent a complete transformation that culminated into a profitable flip. The home was purchased for two hundred thousand dollars and fetched a selling price of 381 thousand dollars in roughly six months

Before crossing the finish line however, our borrowers jumped through all of the hoops. This included remodeling the kitchen, swapping light fixtures, elegant tile work in the bathrooms, and of course new windows and paint.

The location was great and so was this deal.
