When life gives you lemons, you make lemonade.  This project could have gone in a couple of directions, but our borrower used his knowledge and experience to hit this deal out of the park.  At first glance, the before photos look pretty decent, but there are always surprises when flipping real estate.  The borrower found the original hardwood hidden under the outdated carpet and restored it to glory.  Then they opened up the floor plan with a new kitchen, appliances, tile, and finishings.
