2024 is off to a hot start for real estate investors in Colorado.  This project was on the market for 2 days before going under contract and selling.  The sellers were asking for $650,000 and ended up selling the property for $15,000 over their initial asking price.  Only time will tell if the 2024 bidding wars will continue.  So far we are noticing a trend of good properties selling quickly.
